This recipe has a tangy bite from the red wine vinegar. I also like eating it warm. Ingredients:
6 potatoes, peeled and diced |
4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/8 cup red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes. 2. Mix all ingredients, adding potatoes and eggs last. 3. Chill before serving. |
