Sour Cream Potato Salad

This recipe has a tangy bite from the red wine vinegar. I also like eating it warm.
Ingredients:
6 potatoes, peeled and diced
4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Mix all ingredients, adding potatoes and eggs last.
3. Chill before serving.
