A cousin served this with meat loaf. Very simple. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water |
instant mashed potatoes (4 servings) |
16 ounces sour cream |
8 ounces cottage cheese |
salt and pepper |
1 teaspoon chives |
1 dash paprika |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil water, add to instant potatoes in a casserole. 2. Add sour cream, cottage cheese, stir. 3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika. 4. Sprinkle cheese on top. 5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. |
