Sour Cream Potato Casserole |

Easy breakfast or brunch casserole, goes with just about anything you can think of. Ingredients:
1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 pint sour cream |
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup dried onion or 2 tablespoons minced onions |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. 2. Bake in a 9 x13 glass dish for one hour at 350 degrees F. 3. Put crushed potato chips on top, bake an additional five minutes. 4. Serve and enjoy. |
