Got this recipe from our fair. Those who tried this like it. Just thought I would post this for us. I would make this the night before serving. Ingredients:
6 peaches, peeled & sliced |
1 cup sugar |
2 cups sour cream |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Puree peaches in blender or food processor to measure 3 cups puree. 2. Pour into ice cream freezer canister. 3. Add sugar, sour cream and lemon juice and whisk until blended. 4. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. 5. Enjoy. |
