Just an Old Fashioned style Pancake with great flavor Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup flour, sifted |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 tbsp. butter or margerine, melted |
1/2 c. sour cream |
1 1/3 c. milk |
1egg beaten |
Directions:
1. Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together. 2. Combine the egg, milk and sour cream and mix well. 3. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well. 4. Stir in the melted margerine or butter. 5. If you want an even lighter pancake, beat the egg white until it holds peaks and fold in gently at the very last. 6. Bake the cakes on a hot griddle. 7. Place on platter and serve with Margerine/Butter and favorite syrup over top. 8. Enjoy, you'll love Em |
