Easy, light fluffy pancakes. Love them with honey butter and a side of crisp bacon. Ingredients:
4 egg yolks |
8 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons of sugar |
1 cup of dairy sour cream |
pinch of salt |
4 egg whites, beaten stiff |
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks until thick. 2. Add flour sugar sour cream and salt. 3. Mix well. 4. Fold in egg whites. 5. Cook on a well-buttered griddle. 6. Serves 4 if you are lucky. |
