This sauce works with chicken cutlets or thin cut pork chops. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sour cream (do not use reduced fat) |
1 1/2 cups chicken stock |
3 tablespoons whole grain dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in saucepan and whisk together over medium heat until well blended. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Cover and remove from heat. Serve over pork or chicken cutlets. |
