Ingredients:
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 tablespoon sugar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups commercial sour cream |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Gradually add sour cream and egg, stirring well. 2. Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. |
