This recipe came from a co-worker. Great little muffins. Ingredients:
1 cup self rising flour |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 F. 2. Grease 2 mini muffin tins (24 count size). 3. Combine all ingredients until well blended. 4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Serve hot. 6. Great with a little jam or jelly. |
