Sour Cream Macaroni Casserole |

This is a hearty macaroni casserole.. You can use any type of left over meat in it and its good... Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups of elbow macaroni |
1 small onion, minced |
1 small can of mushrooms, chopped and drained |
2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
2 tablespoons chopped stuff olives |
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon season salt |
1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper |
1 can tuna, chopped ham or any other kind of meat |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup buttered soft bread crumbs |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain the macaroni. 2. Cook onion, mushrooms, and green peppers in the butter for 2 or 3 minutes. 3. Add to macaroni with remaining ingredients, except last 2. 4. Mix well and put in shallow baking dish. 5. Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika. 6. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for about 30 minutes |
