Sour Cream Lemon Pie

A very refreshing dessert in the summer.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon grated fresh lemon rind
1/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk.
2. Add eggs, lemon juice and lemon rind; stir still smooth.
3. Add butter;cook over medium heat stirring constantly.
4. Boil about 1 minute; remove from heat and cool.
5. Add sour cream and pour into a 9 baked pie shell; chill.
6. Serve with Cool Whip.
