A sophisticated twist on traditional ice cream. Very refreshing and lemony.

Ingredients:

500 g sour cream

150 g sugar

1 lemon (juice and zest)

50 g 35% cream

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Stir to dissolve sugar and mix well.
3. Chill mixture well then process in an ice cream maker.
4. Enjoy!
