Ingredients:
1 9-inch graham cracker crust |
2 cups sour cream |
1 cup white sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) . 2. Crumble cookies into a 9x9 inch pan and set aside . 3. In a medium bowl, whip cream and set aside . 4. In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, sugar, salt, and flour . 5. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until thoroughly combined . 6. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. 7. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes , until firm . 8. Spoon pie filling over top immediately . 9. Allow to cool slightly, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving . |
