A delicious combination of fresh herbs and sour cream for your chips or veggies. You can even make this for over your baked potato. I made this all last summer for company and family while the fresh herbs were growing. It tastes better over time. Herbs must be fresh except cumin for this enjoyable dip. Ingredients:
1 onion |
2 tablespoons italian parsley |
2 tablespoons marjoram |
2 tablespoons oregano |
2 tablespoons basil |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
16 ounces sour cream (lite works well too) |
Directions:
1. Chop the onion into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in sour cream until well blended. Chill 2 hours before serving with chips or raw veggies. |
