Ingredients:
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1 egg yolk |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon butter or margarine |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
dash of paprika |
1 (8-ounce) carton commercial sour cream |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except sour cream in top of double boiler, stirring well. Bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring gently, until thickened. Cool slightly, and add sour cream; stir well. Chill. |
