This goes great green beans or asparagus. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons minced onions |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
3/4 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Saute' onion in butter. 2. Add flour, sugar and salt. 3. Slowly stir in sour cream and cook until thickened. 4. Add vinegar. 5. Serve hot over green beans or asparagus. 6. Fresh sliced mushrooms or 1 cup of grated cheese can be added if you like. It makes it much more rich. |
