I have no idea where this recipe came from. It was passed down from my grandma to my mother & then to me. We LOVE to add extra garlic, one clove is never enough for us. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 large minced garlic clove |
1 1/4 ounces blue cheese |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Let sit overnight, or at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. |
