Sour Cream Dip / Dressing for Vegetables |

Very very good,especially if you like tarragon. Serve as a dip with a raw veggie tray or as a sauce on cooked vegetables as a side dish. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sugar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon mustard powder |
2 teaspoons flour |
1/3 cup butter |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/3 cup wine vinegar |
1/3 teaspoon crumbled dried tarragon or 1 teaspoon snipped fresh tarragon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. 3. Chill. |
