Each serving is 2 tablespoons. This came from Cornell Cooperative Extension. I have not tried this, just posting for future use. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 medium onion, finely grated |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 tablespoon red peppers or 1 tablespoon green pepper, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon grated carrot |
carrot, celery, broccoli, cauliflower |
whole grain cracker |
whole grain tortilla |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients. A blender may be used, but for extra texture grate in some onion. 2. Serve with raw vegetables or whole grain crackers or tortilla wedges. |
