                    This sour cream-cucumber sauce lends a fresh Greek flavor to anything from raw veggies to grilled steak. Make it ahead and refrigerate to save yoursef time. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cucumber, peeled and seeded  |  
                                                1 (8-ounce) container light sour cream  |  
                                                1 garlic clove, minced  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon dried dill  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Grate cucumber, and place in a colander, pressing to drain excess liquid. Place between paper towels, and pat dry. 2.
