This is a very very very moist cornbread that is very high in the taste department. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup creamed corn |
1 cup corn bread mix |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat skillet in 450˚ oven until skillet is very hot. 2. While oven and skillet are heating, beat eggs in mixing bowl; stir in other ingredients. 3. Remove skillet from oven and pour in about 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and tilt skillet or use basting brush to spread oil over the bottom and sides. 4. Pour batter into the hot, oiled skillet. Bake until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. |
