I make this all the time, it's the best cornbread recipe I've made so far! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1/2 c. corn oil |
1 tsp. salt |
8 oz. creamed corn |
1 c. sour cream |
12 oz. corn muffin mix (1 1/2 boxes jiffy mix) |
splash of vanilla |
Directions:
1. pre heat to 375 2. whip together eggs,corn oil,vanilla and salt 3. mix in creamed corn,sour cream and muffin mix 4. pour batter into 9x13 in pan 5. bake for 35 min. |
