Another simple coleslaw dressing. Ingredients:
1/4 cup sour cream |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons orange marmalade |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly grounded |
Directions:
1. thoroughly whisk together all ingredients.
2. mix with coleslaw and refrigerate until ready to use.
