Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
2 to 3 teaspoons caraway or celery seeds |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 small head cabbage, shredded (15 cups) |
1/2 medium-size green bell pepper, diced |
3 tablespoons minced purple onion |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add cabbage, bell pepper, and onion, tossing well. Chill 8 hours, if desired. |
