uses bisquick if you dont have real thing if you have any of that rotessoire chicken left over this might work for you Ingredients:
1 roasting chicken, cooked and boned |
1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained and diced |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shreddded |
3 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
1/3 cup onion, thinly sliced |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 cups bisquick |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. mix bisquick with water. 2. spread dough. 3. in greased 9x13 pan so edges are 1/2 up sides. 4. combine rest of ingredients. 5. pour into shell. 6. bake in 400 degree oven until edges are golden and knife comes out clean about 25 minutes 7. dont let it get dry. |
