Light and Fluffy cake goes great with afternoon coffee Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs (beaten) |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/4 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine sour cream and baking soda first. 3. Then add the rest of the ingredients. 4. mix 3 topping ingredients together in separate bowl. 5. Pour 1/2 batter into greased cake pan. 6. Sprinkle 1/2 topping over batter. 7. Pour rest of the cake batter and top again with the rest of the topping. 8. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick commes out clean. |
