Easy, delicious, moist cake that is always a hit. My husband loves to have this in the morning for breakfast. Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box butter recipe cake mix |
1/2 cup sugar |
4 eggs |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
4 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine cake mix, sugar, eggs, oil, and sour cream in mixer until smooth. 2. Fold in chopped nuts. 3. Is a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. 4. Grease a bundt pan with butter then line with flour. 5. put 1/3 of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture in the bottom of the pan. 6. Put 1/2 the cake batter in the pan. 7. Place another 1/3 of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture on the batter. 8. Place the other 1/2 of the cake batter on top. 9. Top with remaining 1/3 brown sugar/cinnamon mixture. 10. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes. |
