A BREAKFAST TREAT Ingredients:
1 16 oz box yellow cake mix |
1/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup melted butter |
4 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
4 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. MIX SUGAR, BUTTER AND CAKE MIX 2. POUR 1/2 BATTER INTO GREASED AND FLOURED TUBR OR BUNDT PAN 3. MIX NUTS, BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON TOGETHER 4. SPRINKLE NUT MIXTURE INTO CAKE PAN 5. ADD REMAINING BATTER 6. USING A KNIFE, SWIRL THE BATTER GENTLY 7. BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 TO 50 MINUTES 8. COOL 15 MINUTES 9. INVERT ONTO PLATE AND EAT |
