SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY CAKE DATED 1972 This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Duncan Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1990. Ingredients:
1 package white cake mix with pudding |
1 can blueberry pie filling |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingredients with fork scraping corners frequently until moistened. 3. Stir batter vigorously with fork then spread batter evenly in lightly greased rectangular cake pan. 4. Bake 45 minutes. |
