So moist and wonderful! I recommend checking the cake around 40 minutes. Depending on your oven, it could take less than the listed time. Ingredients:
1/3 cup canola oil |
1 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 ripe bananas, mashed |
2 cups flour |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Whisk all the wet ingredients together in a medium bowl until smooth. Set aside. 3. Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray your bundt pan with cooking spray, or lightly grease. 4. Mix wet ingredients into the dry, adding a tbs or so of milk if needed. Batter will be thick but not dry. Pour evenly into the bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing from pan. 5. Serve with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries. |
