Sour Cream Apple Pie

My mom used to make this pie when I was growing up.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups tart apples, chopped & peeled
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons butter, cold
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs.
2. Add sour cream.
3. Stir in sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and salt; mix well.
4. Gently stir in apples.
5. Pour into pie shell.
6. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, combine brown sugar and remaining flour; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
8. Sprinkle over top of pie.
9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until filling is set.
10. Cool completely on a wire rack.
11. Serve or cover and refrigerate.
12. Yield: 8 servings.
