Sour Cream and Vanilla Bread |

This bread would also make great cinnamon rolls; just use the dough cycle. Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter, softened |
3 cups bread flour |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. 2. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. 3. Remove baked bread from pan to cool on wire rack. |
