Sour Cream and Vanilla Bread

This bread would also make great cinnamon rolls; just use the dough cycle.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter, softened
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle.
3. Remove baked bread from pan to cool on wire rack.
