Sour Cream and Chive Potato Bake |

a Donna Hay recipe Ingredients:
3 large potatoes, washed |
1 cup sour cream |
1 1/4 cups pouring cream |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon chives, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 C. 2. Boil potatoes till tender, about 15 minutes. 3. Drain, cut in half, place in baking dish cut side up. 4. Whisk together sour cream, cream, cheeses, chives, salt and pepper. 5. Pour over potatoes. 6. Cook 20 - 30 minutes until top is golden. |
