This potato dish is so easy to put together, and it goes well with chicken, beef and pork. My family really likes it, especially my son! Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
4 tablespoons butter |
1 1/2 cups grated longhorn cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes in jackets until just tender. 2. When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, peel, and slice them into a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan. 3. In medium pan, heat soup, butter, cheese and onion. 4. When cheese melts, add sour cream, then mix well and pour over potatoes. 5. Bake uncovered at 350-degrees F for 40 minutes. 6. Makes 6 - 8 servings. |
