A different way to have your potatoes. Ingredients:
1 lb potato, pared, diced and parboiled |
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 onions, grated or 1 chopped chives or 1 scallion, for nice color |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, turn into a 13*9-inch casserole dish. 2. Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes. |
