2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons molasses |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa |
1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seeds |
2 cups rye flour |
2 cups bread flour |
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
3/4 cup dried sour cherries |
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the dried cherries during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading. |
