Almost a sloppy joe but better. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 can cheddar cheese soup |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
6 hamburger buns, spilt and toasted |
Directions:
1. In a 10-inch skillet over medium to high heat, cook beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. 2. Stirring to separate meat. 3. Spoon off fat. 4. Stir in soup, ketchup and black pepper. 5. Reduce heat to low. 6. Heat through, stirring occasionally. 7. Serve on buns. |
