This is a quick and easy throw together that is quite tasty. Ingredients:
1 envelope lipton onion soup mix |
1 lb ground beef |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained (i use the diced ones) |
2 cups water |
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. In large frypan, brown ground beef;drain;add onion soup mix,oregano,tomatoes,and water. 2. Bring to a boil,stir in macaroni. 3. simmer covered,stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. 4. Stir in parmesan cheese and top with grated mozzarella. |
