Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 tablespoon onion soup mix |
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (4 oz) |
8 hamburger buns, split |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. 2. Stir in soup and soup mix; heat through. 3. Stir in cheese until melted. 4. Place about 1/3 cupful on each bun. |
