Souper Easy Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas |

Very quick meal with soup. Very Good!! Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast half, cubed |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbells campbell southwest-style pepper jack soup |
1/4 cup water |
8 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed |
pace picante sauce (to taste) |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 425 degrees. 2. Cook chicken in nonstick skillet until done and juices evapotate, stirring often. 3. Add soup and water and heat through. 4. Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken on half of each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge. 5. Moisten edge with water. Fold over and seal. 6. Place on 2 cookie sheets. 7. Bake 5 minutes or until hot. 8. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa. |
