Rich and yummy! Only eat a bit as this is NOT diet food! Ingredients:
5 lbs. boneless pork loin |
3/4 cup chopped carrots |
3/4 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup chopped cilantro |
2 cups chopped leek |
1 cup chopped green onions |
2 tsp. black pepper |
74 oz. new england clam chowder |
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cut the pork loin into bite-size pieces. 2. Add to stainless steel pot with olive oil, seasoned salt, pepper and herbal pizza seasoning. 3. Brown well, drain off liquid as needed (save aside). 4. When meat is golden browned add back liquid, and veggies. 5. Simmer about five minutes or until veggies al dente. 6. Add gravy mix, stir. 7. Add Clam Chowder soup, reduce heat and simmer for about five more minutes or until reheated. 8. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. |
