3/4 cup butternut squash, peeled and diced |
1 cup diced carrots |
3/4 cup diced yellow squash |
1/8 cup chopped red onion |
1/8 cup celery diced |
1 tbsp olive oil |
3/4 tbsp apple cider vinegar |
1/2 tsp sea salt |
1 tbsp grated ginger |
2 cups pure water |
Directions:
1. Blend all together in high speed mixer for 3 minutes. 2. Drizzle with a little olive oil and fresh chopped herbs. |
