2 cups water |
1 small onion |
1 small carrot |
1 clove garlic |
1 stalk celery |
1/2 tablespoon olive oil |
2 roma tomatoes |
Directions:
1. chop everything. sautee everything but tomatoes in olive oil. add tomatoes and water. simmer for 20 minutes. season to taste. |
