Serve this over Toast (i Like Texas Toast for mine) 7. You know folks as i stood in the refrigerator this morning pondering breakfast. I looked at the Garlic Sausage ,Bacon, Eggs, Ham, Pork Chops and this is what came to mind. 8. My Father came to visit one evening and i had made a special trip to the butcher. I had picked up some great looking Tenderloins and Big russets for baked potatoes. 9. He was at the house before i arrived home and was sitting in the living room as i walked in. 10. I ask him Pop what sounds good for dinner and he said i would love some shit on a shingle.I said i don't think i have that in my recipe book in my head. 11. Cooking this in the Kitchen that day was one of my fondest memories of my Father. I hope you enjoy this as much as everyone did that night. 12. We had the Steak and Potatoes for breakfast the next morning.....Gotta love Pop!! 13. ENJOY |
