Sorta-Spanish Rice

A really quick, easy way to put together a quick side dish using leftover rice. Good with a little bit of cheese sprinkled over the top!
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup salsa (however spicy you prefer)
Directions:
1. Combine rice and salsa in a bowl.
2. Heat in the microwave until everything is heated through (takes longer if rice is cold from the fridge, obviously).
3. Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
