old favorite for occasional treat Ingredients:
6 large eggs |
8 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 stalks celery |
1/4 cup chive |
1/4 head iceberg lettuce |
8 slices whole grain bread |
Directions:
1. peel and chop eggs. 2. fine chop celery and chive. 3. add mayo and blend gently. 4. separate into 4 servings. 5. place desired amount of letuce on 2 slices of whole grain bread, sandwich style, add a serving of egg salad, close and enjoy. |
