This is a recipe of my mother-in-law's. It is soo good!!! I wasn't convinced by the list of ingredients but it was love at first bite! Cornbread is the perfect addition. It is sooo simple. Ingredients:
2 cans progresso minestrone soup |
2 cans ranch style beans |
1 can rotel tomatoes |
1 lb ground beef |
Directions:
1. Brown beef. 2. Drain. 3. Add everything else (don't drain juices from cans!!) and heat. 4. How much simplier can it be. |
