This came from a former co-worker. Wonderful with turkey. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry jell-o gelatin (or any red flavor) |
1 cup boiling water |
3/4 cup canned pineapple juice |
1 cup diced apples or 1 cup celery |
1/3 cup nuts, coarsely chopped |
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (8 oz) |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. 2. Add pineapple juice and cranberries. 3. Chill until slightly thickened. 4. Stir in remaining ingredients. 5. Pour into 4 c. 6. mold or individual molds. 7. Chill until firm. 8. Unmold by dipping mold into warm water. 9. Makes 3 1/2 c. 10. To double, use only 1 c. 11. of pineapple juice. 12. Stir before it jells. |
