This is my version of Cuban Picadillo Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 onion |
1/2 bell pepper |
1 medium red potatoes |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mince onion and chop bell peppers in strips. Peel and cube potato. Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. |
