This is my version of Cuban Picadillo
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 medium red potatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mince onion and chop bell peppers in strips. Peel and cube potato. Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender.
