Something Special Mashed Potatoes |

Ingredients:
4 lbs idaho potatoes |
2 cups whole milk |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
2 teaspoons salt |
4 tablespoons sugar |
4 tablespoons butter, softened |
2 tablespoons salt, added to water |
Directions:
1. Peel and cut potatoes into small chunks. 2. Boil in salted water until you cannot pick up a piece with a fork. 3. Drain all the water from the potatoes and place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 4. Beat until creamy smooth. 5. Serve hot. |
